S&S Home Improvements was founded by Stephen Pinnell and remains a proud family-run business to this day. Built on honesty, hard work and trust, Stephen has spent years establishing a reputation for delivering quality workmanship while always putting customers first.
Away from the business, Stephen has always been passionate about giving back to his local community. He founded a grassroots football club to provide local children with a safe, positive environment where they could develop their football skills, build confidence and form lifelong friendships. Thanks to Stephen's dedication and leadership, the club continues to grow year after year, making a real difference to the lives of hundreds of young people and their families.
For Stephen, improving homes and supporting the community go hand in hand. It's this commitment to people that makes S&S Home Improvements more than just a building company.

Cardiff Allstars FC
In 2016, Stephen founded Cardiff Allstars FC with a single senior team, creating opportunities for local people to enjoy football in a positive, family-focused environment.
Under Stephen's leadership, the club has grown into one of Cardiff's thriving grassroots football clubs, now providing opportunities for players of all ages—from young children taking their very first steps in football through to youth, reserve and senior teams. The club is built on values of respect, inclusion, teamwork and community, with hundreds of players, volunteers and families now proudly calling themselves part of the Allstars family.
